Our support team will approve your request within 24 hours and arrange a reverse courier pickup at zero cost to you, or provide return warehouse instructions.
Upon arrival at our fulfillment center, items undergo inspection within 24-48 hours, and your refund or exchange is issued immediately.
3 Refund Processing & Expected Timelines
Refunds are processed promptly upon completion of the inspection step:
- Prepaid UPI Payments (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm): Refunds are credited directly back to your original UPI account within 24 to 48 hours.
